In the far south
a small island
froze and made me
I don't know why
for the innocent white eyes
the bright moon,
the burnt sun,
give and pour
everything
and let me walk
It made
my eyes blind
Who am I?
Where am I going?
Were you happy?
washed up on the shore
Do you remember your body?
on the clear waves
the waving seaweed
always quietly
comes and goes
The monster and the men
eat the eggs
strongly and definitely
to the open seawater
to the soft fingers
give the red flowers
these eyes saw
the winding color of the sky
Who am I?
Where am I going?
Were you happy?
washed up on the shore
Do you remember yourself?
Bearing your tears
at the ocean that will swallow you
to man born today
to man that will die tomorrow
It is nearly
too bright to me
Who shall I cry with?
Where shall I sleep?
Have I loved you?
Do you remember the dead body
like the coral
washed up on the shore?
Do you remember yourself?
